Samsung has developed Jitterbug, a much simpler cell phone, easier to read and with larger buttons. It also comes with personalized services which includes an easier way to retrieve messages, a live operator and toll free secure access to a personal phone list from any phone. Great move by Samsung, since Senior users, like our grandparents, are usually left outside new technologies, and the cell phones today come with small text, thousands of options in the menu, which of course are great, but to some people not used to handle technology can be a little frustrating. Now, they can feel comfortable with this new cell phone without asking all the time to grandkids how to program their phones.
