LG Chocolate for Asian Markets
LG’s Chocolate has sold about 4 million units worldwide.
The company now wants to take the success a bit farder. They have planned to release a 3G version of the popular Chocolate phone to the Asian markets.
The 3G Chocolate features a 2-MP camera, a secondary VGA camera for video calls, UMTS, Bluetooth 1.2 and a microSD expansion slot.
The device will cost about $638.
Samsung had developed the slimmest LCD for cellphones and broken it's own record one more time!.
Earlier the company had showed a LCD 0.82mm-thick, but the latest work from the company is a only 0.74mm-thick.
This means that the company will soon make cellphones even slimmer.
As a reference Samsung’s Ultra Edition phones that will be released this spring will have a monstrous 1.9mm-thick LCD screen.
On the outside it looks like an ordinary (old-school) cell phone; unscrew the antenna and oh my gosh--you can fill it up with your favorite 4-ounce beverage! Things are pretty shady on the BenQ-Siemens front, what with this unidentified handset appearing suddenly. Information regarding this mystery cellphone is more scant than finding the nasa videos of the moonlanding :P, so it looks like our friends at BenQ-Siemens are paying their people really well to keep this offering under wraps.
