BenQSiemens Snake phone
The concept phone seems to be the recreation of a snake and you can wrap it around your wrist.
The looks are cool and captivating but I doubt the ease with which we will be operating this freaky concept phone. Fashion but not practical is my veredict.



The worst thing that can happend to you is drop your cell phone on the pavement, why? cause if that happens no cell phone or iPod can function.That is because the chips inside these devices contain microscopic pathways that send the signals to the device. After a pavement bounce these pathways are disturbed making the device unusable are you can forget about it, I know, sad but true.
A team of Philips, Energizer and Techtium have developed a new technology which they are calling as AAA BackuPower.
As the name suggests the cell phone has a new backup embedded charging technology.
Philips Xenium range of phones can also run on an AAA sized battery. The cell itself boasts of a standby time of up to 1 month on a single charge and with AAA BackuPower feature you can extend it further by dropping a standard AAA battery.
There is no news on the price and the availability of the technology yet.


Gigabyte will soon offer new GSmart Q60 phones. There is not much info about the product yet but it is sure that the device has a QWERTY keyboard for easy messaging and has a good display. The phone will support WCDMA and HSPDA and will offer speeds up to 1.8Mbps. The device will initially be released in Taiwan by this June.
Jabra launched a new Bluetooth headset named T5330 that sports of an extra long Mic Boom. This increase in length brings the mic right near your mouth. It also has awesome technical features. Four hours of talktime per charge and is claimed to have a range of 10 mts approx.
